While the higher pressure might not be necessary for the tasks you are considering, the added cleaning power means you'll get the job done faster with the more expensive unit. I have been pressure washing my home for 12 yrs, this is my opinion for a larger home like bigger than 2600 sq ft., although all of the comments were correct about the water getting underneath the siding an into the structure. ![]()
